These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ecora’s services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.


  1. Services Provided

Ecora Ltd provides the following services:

  • Subscription-Based Services: Monthly subscriptions for eCommerce management, including custom script development, technical support, and ongoing optimization.

  • One-Time Services: One-off services, such as store setup or design, with ownership transfer upon payment completion.

All services are subject to these Terms, and additional terms may apply for specific services.


  1. Subscription Billing and Cancellation


    1. Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed via Stripe.

    2. Cancellation: Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

    3. Refund Policy:

      • Refunds are available if no service has been provided by Ecora.

      • Once work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a goodwill basis.


  1. Ownership of Work


    1. Subscription Services:

      • Custom scripts, designs, and other assets created as part of subscription-based services remain the property of Ecora Ltd. These assets are effectively “rented” and may not be used beyond the subscription period.

    2. One-Time Services:

      • For one-off services, ownership of assets (e.g., designs, scripts) transfers to the customer upon full payment.


  1. Use of Third-Party Services

Ecora utilizes third-party services to deliver certain aspects of our offerings, including:

  • Stripe (payment processing)

  • Mailchimp (email marketing)

  • Shopify and Framer (eCommerce and website platforms)

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of these third-party providers, which are beyond our control.


  1. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when engaging Ecora’s services.

  • Use our Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Refrain from misuse, unauthorized sharing, or redistributing assets created by Ecora.


  1. Termination of Services

Ecora reserves the right to terminate Services under the following conditions:

  • Breach of these Terms.

  • Non-payment of fees.

  • Misuse or abuse of the Services.

Termination will result in the cessation of all services and access to any rented assets.


  1. Limitations of Liability

  1. No Guarantees: Ecora does not guarantee specific results from using our Services.

  2. Service Downtime: We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party service providers (e.g., Stripe, Shopify).

  3. Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services.


  1. Modifications to Services

Ecora reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion. We will notify customers of significant changes.


  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to resolve matters under the jurisdiction of Poland.


  1. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal obligations. Any updates will be posted on this page, and where appropriate, customers will be notified.
